That's precisely what I thought for a long time. I should note, that the combination of the great knives and the wire cutter really helped us cut cheese more quickly and efficiently. We also utilize the board to serve cheese on and we are constantly getting questioned about it! My family totally love it.

After all this, I would absolutely purchase another one of these if faced with the opportunity. I cannot believe that we went so many years without one, believing that our regular board would do it fine.
